Returns & Exchanges

At The Chicken Coop, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be returned in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original garment tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return until it reaches our coop.
